    The Becky Delk Award is given to the student who has earned the most Accelerated Reader points for this school year. This year the 2024-2025 Becky Delk Award goes to Nolan Austin, who earned a total of 359.4 points and had an 88% average. Nolan is a classroom top reader, the top reader in 3rd Grade, and the top reader of Chapel Hill Elementary School this year. Congratulations to Nolan!

    Dean Delk Award Winner

    The winner of this year's Dean Delk Academic Award is Liam Hoover, a third grade student in Mrs. Curtis's and Mrs. Burkett's classes. This award is given to the third grade student at CHES with the highest academic average for the year. Liam finished the third grade with an average of 98.53! Liam is the son of Chad and Kelsi Hoover and big brother to Caden and Elijah. In his free time Liam enjoys building with Legos, playing video games, and reading. Congratulations Liam!
