LMS- PROJECT ADAM HEART SAFE SCHOOL
Heart Safe School Designation recognizes schools that demonstrate strong cardiac emergency preparedness through awareness, training, and a practiced response plan. LMS has a team of 17 CPR Certified and AED trained staff members to assist on our AED Response Plan. A drill is conducted each school year to assess the timing and efficiency of our team's response. In addition to a Response Plan, each staff member is trained at the beginning of the school year on the location and use of our AED modules. LMS is not alone in receiving this recognition, all Marshall County Schools are now Heart Safe Schools! Congratulations to the MCSS!
