Oak Grove Elementary school is home to 540 PreK, kindergarten, and first grade students. The purpose of our highly qualified faculty and staff is to provide a safe, accessible, high quality early childhood education founded on a developmentally appropriate curriculum, knowledgeable faculty, and comprehensive services that lay a foundation encouraging all lifelong learners to be respectful, responsible, caring, and healthy.

Snow Day Gift Baskets
The Marshall County Retired Teachers’ Association Back from Christmas Snow Day Baskets Drawing was held on Monday, January 6. Teachers were randomly chosen to receive either a gift basket, gift card, or specialty cookies as a way of saying "thank you" to teachers from the MCRTA. Seed Survivor Mobile Classroom
Oak Grove students participated in the Seed Survivor Mobile Classroom this week which is a hands-on learning experience to understand what makes plants grow.

Students had the opportunity to compete as virtual farmers, dig for real fossils (and learn how they relate to agriculture), and even plant a sunflower seed to take home and grow.
