Our Belief

The teachers are providing an education program broad and varied enough to facilitate learning for students of different disabilities.

Highly qualified and trained teachers provide instruction that is correlated with Tennessee state mandates.

Students are given appropriate educational experiences to achieve success in required assessments.

Our Mission

Cornersville Middle School Students will complete requirements to be promoted to high school.

Cornersville High School Students will successfully complete all requirements to earn a high school diploma in a timely manner for postsecondary success.

Vision

All students, including special education students, will have a 90-93% success rate for the End of Course tests.

Cornersville High School will have a graduation rate that exceeds the state requirements.

The number of teachers will be adequate to meet all educational goals.

Bus transportation, lunch and 2 snacks provided.
Free field trip on the last day to the Nashville Zoo.
Acceptance letters will be sent home on Monday, May 5 to all students who have registered . Registration for other students will be accepted until Tuesday, May 6.

State Poultry Evaluation
On April 22nd Cornersville FFA participated in the State Poultry Evaluation Career Development Event. Students learned how to select live meat-type chickens for broiler breeding, evaluate and place live egg-type hens, and rate the finished product by evaluating and grading ready-to-cook carcasses and parts of chickens and turkeys. Team members included (L to R) Chris Anne Richter, Brayden Burns, Brody Gibson, Landon Garrett, and Logan Cripe. They placed 19th in the state out of over 40 teams.

CHS Attends FCCLA Conference
Pictured are the Cornersville High School FCCLA members who attended the State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga on April 12-14th. (L-R) Kaydee Fowler, Dixie Vickers, Rachel Taylor, Advisor Lauren Briggs, and Aubrey Zuniga. Rachel Taylor placed 2nd in the Promote and Publicize FCCLA competition and will advance to Nationals in Orlando, Fla. Dixie Vickers earned a Silver in the Event Management competition.

First National Bank Board
The 24-25 Cornersville High School First National Bank Student Advisary Board had their final meeting today. Members are Savannah Davis, Anna Parker Worley, Hannah Grover, Garrett Webster and Hayden Grover, pictured with CHS Principal, Brent Adcox. CHS appreciated First National Bank's continued outreach to high school students in our area.
