Mercy Community Healthcare Expands Services to Cornersville School

We’re excited to share that Mercy Community Healthcare is now offering on-site therapy for students in grades 7–12 at Cornersville School.

Thanks to an expansion of Mercy’s Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) grant, Cornersville students now have direct access to a licensed therapist right at school — making it easier than ever to get support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

Mercy’s school-based therapy program provides:
• Confidential counseling during the school day
• Support for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes
• Help with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaboration with families, teachers, and school staff to ensure students thrive both in and out of the classroom

By bringing therapy directly into the school environment, Mercy removes common barriers like travel, scheduling conflicts, and missed class time — making it possible for more students to get the help they need, when they need it.
