Thanks to our school community all of the WES staff were treated to a coffee, refresher, or hot chocolate this morning from Tom's Coffee Truck. Students were also blessed with sweet Grateful Grams today from Beverly Ann's Cookies. Thank you for making us all feel special today. We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving! It’s the perfect time to show our gratitude for the incredible staff at Westhills Elementary School! Our teachers and support staff pour their time, resources, and hearts into making sure our students have everything they need to learn and grow. You all — our silent auction items this year are truly the best yet! 🎉 The baskets and individual items are absolutely incredible, and trust me… you do NOT want to miss this! Food drive and cake walk information. We will be conducting a food drive exchange at Fall Festival. Turn in a nonperishable food item and receive a game ticket. Limit 10 tickets. Halloween DJ Dances are from 6:00-7:30. 4th Grade, Tuesday, Oct. 28 5th/6th Grades, Thursday, Oct. 30. Please see attachments for more information: Cost: $3.00 cash entrance fee There will be snacks sold as well (See attachments for lists and prices) Drop Off 6:00: Parents will drop students off at the 4th grade entrance. Someone will be set up and taking up money at that point. Pick Up 7:30: Parents will pick up at the 4th grade car rider area. The gate will be locked so everyone should enter through the back entrance. At 7:30, we will come outside and begin calling student names. Please speak loud and clearly. It is often hard to hear over your car engines. Students may wear their costumes, masks, and all the things to the dances. Please just ensure it is elementary school appropriate and not too revealing.
