Please take time to read the Car Rider Procedures.
1. Doors open for car rider drop off at the gym at 7:00 & close promptly at 7:35. Students arriving after 7:35 must be signed in at the office. If your child needs to eat breakfast at school, they should be here no later than 7:20.
2. Cars should pull up as far as possible and students should exit on their own.
3. To expedite the loading and unloading process, all other passengers should stay in the vehicle.
4. Do not pass other vehicles in the car rider lane.
5. To ensure everyone's safety, children being dropped off at Oak Grove should be seated on the passenger side of the vehicle.
6. Outside food is not allowed. Students should finish their breakfast BEFORE being dropped off.
7. Snacks that are dropped off must have the teacher's name on the bag.
8. If your child is a car rider in the afternoon, please help them memorize their car rider number as soon as possible. Car tags should be displayed at all times.
9. If your car rider needs help getting buckled in the afternoon, pull forward to a parking place to assist them. Help us keep the line moving and do not exit the car while in line.
10. Thank you for your assistance with these items. We look forward to a terrific year at Oak Grove!
