Spot Lowe Technology Center was thrilled to welcome back John Morgan Thomas (MCHS ’23) to speak with Mr. Conger’s engineering students! Currently a junior at Tennessee Tech, John is fast-tracking his career by working on both his bachelor’s and master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural and architectural design. He offered students a firsthand look at the jump from high school to college, shared tips on which classes to prioritize, and highlighted why internships are a game-changer for future engineers.
