Marshall County -

District fifth graders visited Henry Horton State Park today for the annual Marshall County Duck River Education Day. Students visited 10 stations to learn more about the Duck River, water quality, and protecting the environment, while engaging in hands-on activities and taking notes. The winner of the annual essay contest will be announced in the spring.
