Nicky Randolph

Lewisburg, TN (May 15, 2026) — Nicky Randolph has been named the Assistant Director of Schools for Marshall County, effective July 1, 2026.

Mrs. Randolph has served as the principal at Marshall Elementary School for the last three years and was the assistant principal for six years prior to becoming principal. Mrs. Randolph taught math at Lewisburg Middle School for 17 years before entering administration. Mrs. Randolph is a 1996 graduate of MCHS, and she earned both her Bachelor’s degree (Education Interdisciplinary Studies, 5-8) and Master’s degree (Curriculum and Instruction) from MTSU. She earned her Administration and Supervision certification from Bethel University. She and her husband Gerard, who is also a Marshall County educator, have one son, Jayden.

Mrs. Randolph stated, “I have had the honor of serving Marshall County Schools for the last 26 years. With the love and support of family, friends, and colleagues, I know that this next chapter in my career will be just as fulfilling. I am honored to have been chosen for this position, and I am blessed to continue the work to help Marshall County Schools continue to grow.”

Director of Schools Dr. Justin Perry shared, “Nicky Randolph has devoted the last 26 years of her professional life to Marshall County students and schools. She has a wide range of experience and knows the issues facing our students and schools extremely well. Mrs. Randolph brings many strengths and abilities to this role, and I have always been impressed with how hard she works and how she is completely devoted to the growth of students and schools. I am confident that she is going to be a great asset and resource for our district, our schools, and our kids.”
