Thank you all for an amazing first day and start to our school year. Besides a few transportation issues, everything went fabulous. Students were smiling and teachers were too! I hope you are getting a run day of your child's day with an expression of excitement or if they are like us, a little bit of exhaustion too. Please make sure your child knows exactly how they are getting home each afternoon before they leave home. If they have a hard time remembering, have them write it down and put it in their backpack. Dismissal will get better and faster once everyone understands the procedures. Attached is more specific information to help arrival and dismissal run more smoothly on Wednesday. Please pass it along to a friend who may not get my messages yet!

Tomorrow is our first day of school and we are all excited.

Please see the attached Memo for important information regarding hours, arrival, dismissal, online registration, forms coming home, school kits purchased from PTO and so much more.

Breakfast will be served, but there will be no lunch tomorrow. Both will be served starting Wednesday.

There will be no Tiger Academy this year. Please look for PowerHour forms to come home tomorrow or Wednesday. These should be returned ASAP. PowerHour coordinators this year are: Jason.Donahue@mcstn.net and Micah.Anderson@mcstn.net. Please reach out to them with any questions.

🐅 Westhills Meet & Greet is Tonight! 🐅 We can’t wait to welcome our Westhills Tiger families back tonight! Doors open at 5:00 PM. You may enter through either the 4th Grade Morning Entrance or the Main Entrance. As you make your way through the building, be sure to stop by the front hallway, where you’ll find: * 🐾 Westhills PTO * 🐾 Westhills Clubs * 🐾 4-H * 🐾 Communities In Schools * 🐾 Art * 🐾 Chorus * 🐾 School Counseling * 🐾 Administration (We’re excited to answer questions and celebrate the start of a great school year with you!) Online Registration will take place in the cafeteria. 💻 Important: Online registration must be completed before students can be issued a Chromebook. 📋 Homeroom rosters will be posted in two locations on each grade-level hallway. 🎓 6th Grade Families: Students should report to their homeroom teacher first to pick up their schedule before visiting their other teachers.
